How to Register
Please read the following instructions. A $25.00 nonrefundable registration fee is required; you will not be able to move to the next step without it.
Participants must pay in full to secure their place in a workshop unless applying for a scholarship.
- Follow this Deposit Payment Form link to begin the registration process for the conference and pay the $25 non-refundable fee. Once you submit your registration and fee, you will receive a Deposit Order Number in your email. You must pay the registration fee and receive this order number in order to continue Step 2.
- Once you have received your Deposit Order Number, follow this Tuition and Housing Payment Form link to select Classes / Workshop / additional options and submit tuition payment for the conference.
Note: If you are applying for a scholarship, you may defer your payment for the conference until you are notified of the results by clicking “I will pay later.” For scholarship applications, follow the instructions to submit your manuscript here. The deadline for scholarship applications is March 1st.
Please note: If you are applying for a tuition scholarship, you must still pay the nonrefundable registration fee of $25.00 to begin the registration process. If you are selected for a full or partial scholarship, we will give you detailed instructions about how to proceed at that time. If you are not selected for a scholarship, you may pay the remaining balance. We are only able to guarantee enrollment in the workshops to those selected for scholarships and applicants who have paid in full.
Refund Policy:
Up until May 1, 2025 we will charge a $50.00 fee for cancellation. The balance of your conference fees will be fully refunded. Any cancellation after May 1, 2025 is not eligible for a refund.
